Final Session:
Session started at a regular time, 08:42, still with time to have chat about the approaching Team Awards and Secret Santa before officially begging the ” body moving”
For starter a warm was made with movements for the various joints of the human body with routine of sitting exercises. On the transition to the stretches I had 1min of breathing, to relax the body.
Entering the stretch’s part, a global set of stretches for neck, mid back, chest. and lower limbs, all performed in the chair (for the old times xD)
Finalizing with 3 deep breaths!
My Thoughts:
On this day Move@Work came to a end, as first part finished and we are going into a month break for feedback, data analysis and preparation for the second part starting 6th January 2021
I am proud of me, as I was able to consistently was able to conduct Move@Work and still wanting to improve it. It 22/23 sessions as one was not able to be performed as I was on annual leave, but staff was comprehensive about it. 🙂
Also I am grateful to my Team to made this possible and give the support I needed to keep this going 🙂
