Your spine is, quite literally, the backbone of your ability to move, sleep and function properly.
Everyday tasks and movements such as sitting up straight, bending over, picking up objects, walking, twisting and moving your neck. keeping your spine healthy and avoid future problems at your work place!
Let me show you how! Please start with these 3 easy exercises:

Cross your arms over your chest, then twist
your trunk to the side.
PERFORM 10x TIMES EACH SIDE

Start in seated position with your hands on the
back of your neck, looking forward,.
Next, bend your torso forward by flexing your
back.
Then, straighten your back and extend it by
raising your arms up as far as possible.
Return to starting position and repeat.
PERFORM 10x TIMES
______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

While sitting in a chair, slowly bend forward
and reach your hands for the floor. Bend your
trunk and head forward and down.
PERFORM 3x TIMES , HOLDING 15 TO 20 SECONDS
