Morning a bit stressful as I was preparing the room for two different things, one I was the Strength and Balance Group that was happening for two times today – AM and PM. The other was the #2 session of Move@Work.
I came across to this view, as thought to myself, why not a picture for the posterity of my beginnings

People start joining the room, in person (with COVID guidelines of distance) and virtually morning conversations were happening while I was waiting a couple more minutes to see you if someone else would join.
At start o the exercises I had 10 people, almost had a 11th person but, other things were more pressing at that moment, but I had a sign that for next that person would be joining, to give it a go 🙂
Session completed with no injures (xD) or concerns.
Another sitting routine was delivered with mixture range of movement , breathing and global stenches in another variants on shoulder rolls and lower limbs range of movements plus a few new additions, who people liked and good laughs came out of it 🙂
It finished on a good way with 3x big breaths and round of claps to energize all of us even more.
My Thoughts:
Session went well, I noted a good compliance from staff, virtually and in person, which is always good to see people joining me 🙂
Good time management between exercises transitions and time of the sessions. It lasted around 12 minutes. I think is a good time have the routine of the session, did not had to rush, all went smooth. I am really happy with it!
In the end all staff enjoyed it! As I noted on the end claps 😀
Feedback came after the session from a colleague that joined me in person. “as I came by bike, I was felling stiff due to my flexed posture when cycling and I felt very good after, all tensions were gone.”
